Appointments

Please call the salon, leaving a message on the answerphone if necessary, and your call will be returned within the hour. All treatments are subject to availability so please book 1-2 weeks in advance wherever possible.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to us, we kindly request that you give 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise we regret that a 50% treatment charge will be incurred. As we are often fully booked, this will allow us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to someone else on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding and respect of our policy.

Late Arrivals

All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for your full enjoyment of the treatment. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health related issues prior to your arrival at the salon. If you are unsure about whether a medical condition could prevent you from having a treatment or you are currently taking prescribed medication, have an allergy or are pregnant, please call in advance to discuss suitable treatment options.

Parking

Plenty of free parking spaces are available at the Aztec Centre.

Your Age

Clients under the age of eighteen must be accompanied at all times by their parent or guardian. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under the age of thirteen.

Etiquette

Our environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect others by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off mobile phones.

Payment Policy

All major credit cards are accepted. Treatments for over 2 hours require a 50% deposit. We reserve the right to change our prices as required without notice.
