Appointments & Cancellations

As a private skincare clinic without reception staff, appointments or general enquiries can be made by email, text or by using the Contact Form. As a courtesy to us, we kindly request that you give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation otherwise we regret that a 50% treatment charge will be incurred. As we are often fully booked, this will allow us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to someone else on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding and respect of our policy.  Please note treatments are strictly by appointment only.

Late Arrivals

All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for your full enjoyment of the treatment. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health related issues prior to your arrival at the clinic. If you are unsure about whether a medical condition could prevent you from having a treatment or you are currently taking prescribed medication, have an allergy or are pregnant, please call in advance to discuss suitable treatment options.

Age

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate clients under the age of eighteen.

Payment Policy

Card payments accepted. Treatments over 2 hours require a 50% deposit.

Free off road parking available.
